Welcome to Andean Brew Co. (“Andean Brew”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website located at andeanbrew.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Conditions & Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion for valid business or legal reasons.
  • All website imagery, brand names, and content are protected by trademark and copyright laws.

2. Specialty Coffee Products & Freshness

  • Fresh Roast Characteristic: Andean Brew produces high-altitude single origin Colombian specialty coffee roasted fresh in small batches at origin. Slight natural harvest variations may occur across seasonal crops.
  • Grind Preferences: Customers may select Whole Bean or Ground (Filter/Drip). It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate grind style during checkout.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Security

Prices are in USD and processed through encrypted, certified PCI-DSS compliant gateways (WooCommerce Payments, WooPay, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched in small batches. Free US shipping applies to orders over $50 USD. Automated carrier tracking numbers are emailed upon dispatch.
  • Andean Brew is not liable for carrier delays caused by severe weather or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Perishable Food Return & Replacement Policy

Due to food safety standards, we cannot accept physical returns of opened coffee bags. However, customer satisfaction is our core value:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@andeanbrew.com for an immediate free replacement or refund.
  • Taste Commitment: If our roast does not meet your expectations, contact our crew and we will help you find a roast that matches your brew method or provide store credit.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable trade laws. Andean Brew shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
